Usually have great experiences at this location, but today an employee was incredibly rude to me in front of several of her fellow staffers and other customers (as I was departing she made a loud, disparaging, passive aggressive remark about me). Not sure this regular customer will return. Terrible customer service experience.

Got a Bacon Ranch chicken sandwich and the chicken taste old and there was a weird taste to the bacon. Not pleased at all with this sandwich. I called to let them know about the sandwich and the manager did nothing. I will not order another sandwich from this restaurant!!

I been coming here at least once or twice a week for the past 8+months. Subs are a little priceier than other sandwich shops, but it’s definitely worth the quality. The employees are always fast with my order, even when there’s a line they get my sandwich out in a timely manner. I only love subs now because of this store . I don’t understand the bad reviews. I haven’t had a bad experience here, but a missing ingredient wouldn’t warrant a bad review. This place is awesome!

Haven’t been here however someone keeps parking their car in the drive thru of Starbucks. It’s great you have a luxury car does that mean you have to look at i in the drive thru of Starbucks. You clearly see the street being blocked outside your window and people driving around each other to get through to the OTHER BUSINESSES THERE. FYI When your not at work we use the drive thru.

They were so sweet. I came in there straight from the pool looking like a homeless person I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Jersey mikes this one is new down the street from me. The gentleman was super nice that checked me out. Customer service was very friendly and always makes the food so much better with nicer people! Great sandwich, fresh 🙂
