Pretty darn decent burger, cooked well although the first time it was served it was sans bacon which I had added to the original burger, sweet potato fries are the best I’ve had in a very long time. Nice lobby great service, super clean drink/condiment station as well as stocked and well kept bathroom.

This restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly and engaging. Food was delivered hot and in a timely manner. I loved the fries which were cut like chips. The onion rings were crisp and light (light meaning not greasy) and the hamburger was amazing. I couldn’t help but eat the whole thing and it was enough to save half for later. Best burger I have sunk my teeth into in a very long time! Thank you so much for coming to Memphis it’s a great place to eat! Oh and I really liked the soda fountain machine too! The Cherry Coke was yummy!

Best “burger bites” in Memphis! Excellent service .. try the aged beef, and lamb (both juicy and tender)! I stacked the perfectly flame grilled patties on one potato bun with a little mustard – awesome!!

I have delivered products to them for a while but never ate here. Finally stopped by with the family and had the family pack. Burgers were great, wings were great. Great service. I only eat at places that I have seen to be very clean and sanitary. This is one of them.

This place is delicious!! I love that you can customize different burgers. The burgers are very well cooked, juiciest turkey burger I’ve ever had! The buns are amazing also, they don’t get soggy. All of our food was wonderful and everyone was super nice! We will definitely be back!

Went there recently, we’ve been may times before but this last time it was not so pleasant, burgers were ok but we usually get them with the toasted bun, this time it was just Like out of the bag, the fries (my fries, my husband’s were ok) had a really awful taste like if they had poured bleach or vinegar or whatever the hk that was over them! I told the woman and she said they were just normal friesand they do not put vinegar on them, but offered to change them or give me onion rings, I accepted the onion rings and they were good. Overall, I like burgerim but last time left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Used a Groupon and didn’t get the full amount off. Then ordered crispy bacon for it to come back nearly raw, had to send it back and waited 25 mins for them to return with burnt/black bacon. Since burger was now cold and bacon was black I asked for a refund only to be denied. So I ordered the Angus burger medium done instead. It was served raw. When I again asked for a refund I was told to call the owner and of course they didn’t answer. We left and will not be returning unless its to process my refund since I paid for a burger I never received!
