Monima is an amazing and caring worker at this location. I work at the American Dream and come to Taco Bell a lot for my breaks, and Monima always remembers my order and greets me warmly, even if I’ve been gone for a while! All the workers are so friendly and I love coming by. I would love to have Monima at any Taco Bell location I visit!! 🙂

I would give this location a negative star if I could. Trash service and attitude from Ali the manager. We had ordered 2 craving boxes, a few tacos, nacho bell grande, and 2 quesadillas at the restaurant. We love sauce on our food ok. The manager, his name is Ali, only gave us about 5 sauce packets for that much food. When we asked for extra sauce to accommodate for the amount of food we order, he started counting how much sauce he was giving us… he gave us 10 packets. Then when we complained he gave a nasty attitude and said he already gave us too much and that he can’t give us that much sauce since we didn’t order a lot of food. We spent around $40+. He said he has to give it to other people too. We didn’t want the whole box but just a handful so everyone had enough for their order. TB sauces are free and we used to be able to take as much as we like, so why not just give us what we want? On top of that 4 items were made incorrectly. When we went back to tell him he gave us a nasty look. Instead of coping an attitude read and make the order correctly, it’s really not that hard.

I ordered a Doritos locos tacos combo, a chalupa craving box , nachos bell grandes and only get 2 of tacos, the drinks and the rest of the combo was missing and the driver has the audacity to tell me that i was all i got. Do not get food from this place even the food tacos that i got were disgusting

My coworker is diabetic, we ordered thru uber eats. How difficult is it to send an UNsweet iced tea? If it’s not available, substitute accordingly, do just give a sugar drink and charge. if you cant get a written order right when its slow….wth are you going to do when 3 people have placed an order….which btw, took over an hour, n still wrong.
