Maria working tonight is very rude. On top of not doing her job by asking if an order was going to be a meal or not she was condescending about “next time let her know if it’s a meal or just a sandwich” when we asked if it came with a drink after she rushed us. Then when we get to the window she makes a rude comment after giving us two dr peppers instead of cokes like we had asked. She was talking to a coworker about it instead of us directly. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Apparently this is an ongoing issue at this location. Don’t bother leaving a review and take it straight to supervisor or corporate.

There was only one person working the drive thru and the front counter. She was pretty rude. She said “It will be a few, I’m the only one here, and, I have to get the drive thru first.” After a few minutes we left to go somewhere else. There was two other people in line behind us, and she told them, “it’ll be awhile, I have to get the drive thru first. You can stay, or, leave.”, as we were walking out the door.

After being ignored at the speaker, I was then ignored at the pay window to the point I thought of just driving off & going somewhere else. When she finally showed up, no apologies, or even an acknowledgement that she kept me waiting. I should also mentioned that once I got to the pay window I was the only customer in the drive thru. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, no ketchup add mayo. Haven’t ordered one before but shouldn’t the 2nd patty have a piece of cheese on it?? Also it was a mess. Photo below.

Went through the drive approximately around 4pm they had no fries no nuggets and out of other items , Short Mexican lady named Maria was very disrespectful and had a bad attitude. I couldn’t understand half the stuff she was saying but I knew from the tone of her voice it was not nice or professional at all. The only halfway decent Burger King in Burleson. Building is not very old, but already leaks. You can see the damage from the water. Sure hope there are no mold issues inside. Service has always been way better than expected. Food is usually fresh, but they do seem to have problems following special orders. Still better than going to the rat bucket off Alsbury.
