I’ve been going to the Apple Pan for at least 35 years. I had not been there since the pandemic though. They’ve added an outdoor seating area and a take out window to order and pickup from. The service inside at the counter is still first class. No more paper cups for your soda. Fries are still crisp and fantastic. The Hickory Burger was a little disappointing, though I can’t put my finger on why. I’ll try again next time I’m in LA.

Consistently get my order wrong. Food is inconsistent. We bought two chicken tenders order recently. One was cooked perfectly with nice hearty strips, the other had scrawny strip that were burnt to a crisp. I’ve been there five times without being able to get a chicken pot pie. Their ice cream has broken for weeks. Absolutely the worst, most unapologetic customer service I’ve ever encountered.
