28 Aug – I gave y’all another chance on the pasta and it was SO MUCH BETTER this time. Four stars because the delivery girl dropped our wings (thankfully nothing fell out of the box), and popped up out of nowhere looking through our screen door instead of just coming up and knocking – not a good way to approach anyone’s dwelling.

The service would be better if the handicap drivers were delivering pizza instead of standing there smoking. This guy had no handicap placard displayed and said sorry he didn’t know I wanted to park there. Domino’s needs to do some training on legal and illegal parking.

It is now my favorite place for pizza at the corner of HW550 and HW 528. The crust is just perfectly baked. The toppings are always baked great, no rare or undercooked items, no over-cooked items. And my family is crazy about their break sticks stuffed with cheese! I strongly recommend the sticks! I like the team. When I paid in store last time, they offered a coupon, and I instantly received 10% off. I will return to here again and again!

My pizza was ordered and acknowledged at 6pm. I received a text stating it was being prepared at 6. I arrived at 6:18 10 and the timer was stopped 18 seconds later. There was never a update on the status of the order. I requested it be brought to my car and it never showed. I went inside at 6:35 and it was found on a shelf cold as it was finished at 6:19. The counter people were of no help in the form of an explanation and offered no apology or recourse. When I attempted to review my experience on their website I was informed that I would have to pick up the order prior to offering my opinions. Yes they were busy but it was a very bad experience. Although the cold pizza was good I will not be going back to that location but will return to Little Caesars.
