A good variety of delicious food delighted us. 16 choices for Saturday buffet. Not overly spicy. White tablecloths and a nice setting, with soft jazz playing. Located near Precinct Line and Mid Cities. Full menu of wine, beer, cocktails, and Indian drinks. Our new favorite Indian restaurant, but could be improved with a few spicier dishes.

This was the perfect place for a date lunch with my husband. The interior decor is unique and aesthetic. I appreciated the stoneware plates and bowls. The containers used to keep the food warm are very upscale.

Very lovely spot!!! I’ve never really had Indian food before and this was a nice place to have dined at for first timers. My boyfriend and I decided to go for the lunch buffet, everything was delicious! I enjoyed the mango lassi the most, it was suuuper good. We’re stuffed- definitely coming back to try the regular menu!

During the day, Herbs is a buffet without peer. At night, the menu is wide open and excellent. The Taj Mahal beer is an inspired accompaniment to the many Indian and Nepali specialties. The momos are a must!

My only criteria really is that a restaurant be delicious, and this place fulfilled it handsomely. We ordered veggie momos, a paneer masala dish (I forget which one), and naan. All of it tickled my taste buds and made me and my family very happy. Also, they have yeungling on tap.

The food is very good. What is NOT good is inability to follow one simple request. No Cilantro! Not once, not twice, but all three times I’ve ordered food from this restaurant and every time stated, “No cilantro” or “Cilantro on the side, Not on the food.” Every time I get home, hungry, and ready to eat, only to unwrap the dinner to find cilantro on the Tandoori Chicken and Naan.

This place has an excellent lunch buffet for $18 per person. There are plenty of vegetarian options available in addition to meat and fish. The butter chicken and chicken curry were both excellent. They also had a coconut fish curry that you don’t often find on a buffet that was wonderful. Complimentary naan is served to the table.

The food was delicious! I had the chicken Korma. The chicken mostly very juicy and soft, with a few average pieces. The rice was perfect, the korma sauce was top notch, and their garlic naan was very good and garlicky.

We had it all and loved it all ! Samosa Chat had a great sauce, Mixed bread basket was excellent, methi chicken tikka appetizer was fabulous! The chicken and veggies were uber fresh. The indian style Kuchumber salad was the perfect mix of savory, crunchy and lemon dressing. The Seafood Curry, medium heat, was just right for this non heat eating Gringa. Top this off with smooth jazz music and quiet peaceful vibe for a wonderful place for a date
