Everytime we go and it’s not as often as we’d like , its a hit . Never disappointed and their salads are to die for . Always fresh ! I’ve never gotten a salad that wasn’t fresh, no brown leaves or bad pieces. We get the best salads everytime ! We get coupons and they’re welcomed cause we make the extra trip to get Cloverleaf pizza! Yummy in our tummies !!!!

Yesterday ( 2/2/2023 ) around 4pm I called and ordered a small square pizza and crunchy bread. The pizza and bread was good ( everyone has their own opinion on GOOD pizza pies ) so this review isn’t about taste. The remarkable part about my ordering and picking up dinner here was the young gentleman that took my order over the phone and processed my order when I arrived. He was both efficient and polite and thankful for my patronage … exactly the kind of person where I want to spend my money in exchange for services. This young gentleman could easily be selling Maserati’s because he has the proper service attitude. Essentially my experience there made the pizza taste better.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered slices for lunch, they had to be reheated. They came out looking and tasting like old tires. Kim the owner claims that slices can sit out for 4 hours and still be sold as fresh. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. You’re not giving out free pizza. Customers are being charged. What is worst is her attitude about the constructive criticism that was offered.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this location because I would. Ordered delivery and given an ETA of an hour and 15 minutes. Two hours later, no pizza. We call and they said their driver couldn’t find our apartment and brought the pizza back. They said we could come pick it up since their driver was currently on other deliveries. We ask if we’ll get refunded for the inconvenience and they said no; the pizza will still be full price even though we paid delivery fee, tip and it has been sitting there for an hour. Staff was totally incompetent and lack any customer service skills whatsoever. They simply did not care that they made a mistake or that we were unhappy. We order weekly and will never order again. Whoever was on delivery and “handling” the phones on Thursday, September 8th from 5:30 to 7:30 needs to be terminated. This location obviously lacks competent management because their employees DO NOT CARE. We’ll give our business to Jet’s since they never have trouble finding our apartment. Even if they did, they’re intelligent enough to call the customer and ask for directions.
