I usually order from here and don’t have any problems, but Friday was the worst experience ever. I placed my order online for a future time figuring that by the time I make home from work everything will be done. I got the notification that my food was ready and it wasn’t. I asked where my food was, they told it would be ready in a few minutes. I thought that was strange since they just said it was done but ok. Mind you I set the time for 6:30pm and arrived at 6:43pm. By 6:50, I’m back in the store and my food is still no where to be found. They tell me again, just a few more minutes and it should be right up. It’s now 7pm. 7:10, no pizza and they are just now realizing that “someone else picked up my order!” I don’t get my food until 7:30!!!! I was very patient and understanding, even though they could have cared less. And to add insult to injury, they tried to charge me 2 extra dollars on an already 50 dollar order that they didn’t take any money off of for the inconvenience!!! NEVER AGAIN!

10/2/22- placed another order (not the first since my last review a year ago). Large thin, pepperoni, sausage, ham and extra cheese. Pizza is burnt and does not look like extra cheese to me. Complained in store and got shoulder shrugs and yeah, that’s extra cheese. 3rd picture.

My family has ordered from Store number 8095-Windsor VA many times. Each time it seems they get worse. They messed up our order and told us they would correct it but not re- deliver. I’m confused because Domino’s has a policy of correct their mistakes, and following all the way through. Not this store. We had to go pick up their correction to their mistake. The customer service when we went in is terrible. I wasn’t greeted with a Hello or up beat attitude. Being in the food service industry myself, I’m not impressed with them and won’t go back.

Ordered pizza for curbside pickup (I’m on crutches). Hit the I’m here button. They stopped timer at 43 seconds. Pizza still never came. Couple minutes elapsed so I went inside and asked why they stopped timer. Was told pizza was remade and in oven! Not even ready like app said it was. I inquired how to receive free pizza since timer was stopped. The manager Alex had a nasty attitude and scammed the system so he wouldn’t have to provide a free pizza. He was incredibly rude and told me he can’t get people to work and I’d have to deal with it. I absolutely would have been more compassionate for their lack of employees if he hadn’t scammed the system in place.

Sadly, this is the only pizza place in Windsor that delivers. The pizza is never the same from one order to another. You can’t call and complain (no phone) and for the most part, the employees could care less. No sauce on the pizza, no buttery garlic spread on the crust, can go on and on. Your best bet is the small family owned place down the street (which you have to go pick up) or drive to Suffolk for Pizza Hut. Best advice: stay away from this place unless you’re desperate.

My first time ordering from this store. I went inside and both employees spoke and were very friendly and helpful. I drove 15 miles to come here and the pizzas, cheesy bread and carbonara pasta was delicious. I’ll be back.

Current Update: Over the past 6 months they’ve improved their ability to accurately place toppings and the taste of their pizzas. We also appreciate how fast you get your pizzas when you arrive, thanks to their 2 or 3 minute guarantee.
