I’m a huge fan of the sweet tea and the country gravy. My wife cut get enough of the dinner rolls (with honey). The kids are crazy about the mac and cheese, and the fries. We all love the tenders. The regular fried chicken is good, but not what we come here for. Try for yourself, and there’s a chance you’ll love this place too.

We stopped coming in because the workers seem unwilling to help and unhappy to see customers come in. There are always lots of flies in the dining area. The same thing happened today so we used drive thru. We love the food. Maybe a stronger manager presence is needed.

I ordered a 6 PC chicken strips and fries. The pieces that I got initially were so tiny they wouldn’t fill a 2 year olds hand!! $13.00! I was mad!! The manager was snide! The District manager was a REAL gentleman! He replaced my order and at that time the strips were big and juicy! REALLY GOOD! Good service from the wait staff on both accounts!

About a year ago was the last time I tried this, it was okay. Payed 28 dollars for a 10 PC. Family meal with two sides & bread. I recently came back to eat & when I heard the price, I was really bummed out. 40 dollars for the same meal. I gave it a try anyway. At 40 dollars for the meal, the quality of the chicken, fries, and gravy did not meet my expectations. There is nothing wrong with the people who work here or the place itself. It’s the pricing! it is outrageous. It’s okay to charge for whatever you think is fair, but if your food does not meet the high standards of a high restaurant quality food, it takes the whole fun out of eating fried chicken. In other words it’s not worth the money.

The low score is for not giving our complete order and was charged for items not received. Went through drive thru only had 2 people working. And our order lacked the attention it needed because they seem to be understaffed. Would of gone back but why should I. The order should of been checked before being delivered. 2 dollars for extra rolls. Yummy yummy rolls u didn’t get. Made the whole experience meh!

$17 for three tenders and two sides!?! Wow. The dining room is always empty and now I know why. These prices are ridiculous and staff, including the manager, act as if you’re a bother when you need something. Sadly, no value at Bush’s Chicken anymore.

Waited 10 minutes in lobby, no one in line. Manager did say we’ll be right with you, after 5 minutes we were asked if we were helped , we replied no, associate was directly told to take our order, she said I can’t I’m working on this outside order, couldn’t believe it, no apologies, nothing, pure refusal to help us, after a couple more minutes with no service, we left.

Dry chicken tenders,extremely watery gravy,mashed potatoes had so much pepper yiu couldn’t taste anything but that and lastly…the rolls.Picture included to see for yourself what was included in this particular roll.I will say the girl who took our order was extremely friendly and polite but I just don’t think that’s enough to go back.
