love the service, such a upbeat, pet friendly place to be at on a nice sunny day. Food is amazing and healthy!!! highly recommend trying there new mango base, it’s their spring special. And if you become a member you’ll get points and $ off your bowls or smoothies. Workers were accommodating to my nut allergy which was helpful.

This was my first time trying playa bowls and they did not disappoint! All of the workers in there are around my age and they were so sweet and I loved their style. I will definitely be in again!!! Been here multiple times and I love it! Treated myself a couple times and brought a visiting friend here. My only complaints are that they don’t take pickup orders over the phone and the music is always too loud (I guess that means I’m too old). I love the green bowls. Can only vouch for their bowls, not their smoothies. Always super fresh and beautiful presentation. Highly recommend downloading their app so you can earn points and get coups.

My bowl is always made great when I come here but what I hate most about this location specifically are the girls who work here are rude lmao. Not very welcoming & I give the same energy back. Idk if it’s bc its by the beach & they don’t see a lot of black girls coming in or what. Corals springs location is top tier. I still come back bc it’s literally right by my house but I don’t expect much from the employees but a nice tasty açaí bowl.

We met friends for a light brunch last week. The service was ok for us, but very slow for our friends’order. The bowls were certainly pretty but, even with protein powder added, the acai base was icy and liquid, not substantial. It would be a nice dessert to share, but too light on substance for my liking. Outdoor seating is very limited.

My food was great! Loved the smoothie and smoothie bowls! Worst customer experience in my life. Rude, lazy, and seem annoyed. They didn’t greet us when ordering nor did they say anything, just frowned. Same thing when handing the smoothies out. Yawning and looking away while ordering. Never will go back due to the customer service. Do better.

The last few times I’ve gone here with friends it’s gotten worse each time. They always have 5+ people who are working but all seem to be either socializing with other workers or just visiting on their off shift. Last time I went, I ordered a bowl and the 3 people in line behind me got their bowl before me. And when I finally got mine it was overflowed and there were chunks of something really bitter in my bowl, maybe old fruit. There seems to be no organization and it’s really such an unprofessional store. It’s not worth the money for something that takes so long and then ends up not even being satisfactory.
