Placed my order, pulled up to the window and watched a guy walk from the back wipe his hands on his clothes and start throwing a biscuit together without gloves. Was asked to wait 5 minutes on my order that turned into 20. Got home drank my sweet tea only to find out both drinks were unsweetened teas. Didn’t have sauce in our bag, food was cold, biscuit as hard as a hockey puck, given old fries instead of Bo rounds and to top it all off the Cajun biscuits chicken was thin as paper and fried so hard it was like eating jerky. Tried getting in touch with the store manager but was only able to speak to other shift leads who wasn’t capable of fixing anything.

The chicken is very good, crispy a touch of spice for some mild heat & flavor, biscuits are big and fluffy worthy to be called a southern biscuit, the sides are standard pedestrian but quintessential sides

The worse food and service I have ever had ,did not get the order correct did not receive a receipt and do not have a phone number for notification.The biscuit was so hard I could tap a few notes on the counter and the fries were so old there was nothing to them just hard little dried potatoes.This was my second trip and last so when you go out of business BOJANGLES don’t say it was a surprise. We are afternoon so I am well convinced the food had been sitting since lunch if not yesterday or better yet at the grand opening!Shameful

When I walked in the first thing I noticed was some food was left on the tables. I and my colleagues stood there waiting for 5 minutes waiting to place our orders. After eating our food it wasn’t even 24 hours before our stomachs start feeling upset. We threw up and couldn’t stop going to the restroom. This restaurant gave us food poisoning!!! Recommend do not eat there!

Sat in the drive through order window for freaking 25 min to be told 4x we’ll be with you in a few minutes. As we pull through after waiting to long no cars in the window at all!!! And Folks behind us pulled up went inside walking out with their order SMH great Job!!! Well try again when the newness wears off !!

So excited to have this on this side of town. But I’ve gone three times and every time my order has been burnt. And no honey mustard with my selects that were dry. Got my wife the boberry biscuits to get home and no icing on top of them. There is a training problem here.

To say its brand new it might as well be like the others we’ve been had. Chicken bland, dirty rice bland, fries not seasoned. The person at the drive thru had NO customer service skills, as well as patience. Another waste of a building why not a Jack in the Box already, or a Stake and Shake. These regular common, local restaurants are TRASH!

I applied to this location and actually got hired, but never got the call for orientation like I was supposed to. A few weeks go by and the place opens up, but no call. I go in and wait 10-15 minutes for one man trying to get his order in. Manager apologizes and says I’ll get a call back within a couple days, but still nothing. For a struggling business as this, it’s ridiculous that they won’t let someone that they already hired work. This place desperately needs help and won’t take it.

Been here for the second time and Poor service all the way around!!! My girlfriend had no ice in her tea, fries were dry as hell, couldn’t get order right for the second time, and still had to wait extremely long for our food!!!! 33 or 601 will be seeing us from here on out✌️!
