Visited this location for lunch after letting the crowds calm down following the initial opening. I ordered a Pick 5 meal to try a few things from the menu. I got a Krystal, a Chick, a Chili Pup, tater tots and a water. Honestly, I wasn’t impressed. The best items were the Chili Pup and the Chick as they tasted the freshest of the combo. The Krystal had some very soggy bread and the tater tots tasted like they were fried in old oil or they had been sitting out a while.

After waiting over 15 minutes for 12 burgers, tots and drink I walked up to the window and asked for a refund. They were in no way busy! Watching them work as I stood at the window waiting for the refund I understand the long wait, they looked very disorganized and untrained. If you want to wait over 15 minutes for some sliders this is you place!
