This place is hit and miss on the pace of service but the food is consistent with flavor and taste. They have a fairly good variety of both food and drinks. They offer both bar seating with TVs and dinning room which also has 1-2 TVs as well. The bathrooms consistently seem like they need to be cleaned and are quite small. It’s a nice location on El Paseo and walkable to many stores.

You know the pizza is going to be good at CPK, so order the pizza. They were short staffed, so that is why the 3. Our server was Izzy and he was great, just he had too much to do so it did take some time for somethings.

I typically do not like chain restaurants but my sister had points with CPK so we went. I got the dumplings appetizer which is super yummy. All the other food and pizza is your average chain menu status. The service however was amazing!!! I wish I remember our servers name to give her love. It makes such a huge difference when you have an awesome server. I happily left her a huge tip and my husband and I even talked about how great the service was walking to the car. Been a while since we experienced that.

Bartender has no personality. Ordered a take our pizza and ordered watermelon cooler while I waited. Made other than mine and you can see the watermelon slices were different size. Meant to give a tip but told him to keep the change which was very little. If he would have even smiled. He was more interested in table service in the bar. Definitely would not return. Plenty of nice restaurants with pleasant employees.

I hope the mgmt reads this, because I am so angry about bringing my guests here for what I thought would be a good meal. $180 spent on the worst meal I’ve ever eaten. Everyone complained their pizza was tasteless. It was! My husband ordered a salad, and had them remove foods he could not eat. Instead of augmenting the salad with more veggies, they delivered a salad with very little reminding ingredients. The only ones who liked their meal were the kids who ate burgers. You’d think a restaurant named for its Pizza would have extraordinary pizza!!! Really mad!

Literally, the worst service I have ever had. We almost walked out. Waited 15 min to even have someone greet us. Waited one hour before apps came out and the order was wrong. Server never refilled drinks, we didn’t get bread we asked for until the check came. Dirty plates everywhere. The place was empty, we complained to the manager and she seemed unconcerned. Will not return to this location.

I’m a big fan of this chain. From food to service this restaurant delivers every time. This location is nice (aside from the people who sat next to us and thought they had the restaurant all to themselves), clean with good atmosphere. Typically CPKs are very bright, but this location had the lights turned down nicely for late dinner. Again, the service was great, the server was very engaging and helpful and open to offer recommendations (which I always like to ask for). The food was as good as always, the chicken guac rolls are great!!! and pizza is always done perfectly. I’m always amazed by the pizza guys who run the pizza station, these guys make this “Their Job”, and i’m glad they are out in front of the public. Really good experience and good food, drinks, service and value.
