Ordered the caldo de Pollo and Tacos de lengua. Both were fantastic. Caldo was perfect. Not greasy, great tasting brith and a perfect amount of rice and tortillas to round it out. Tacos are some of the best in West Valley. Don’t be fooled by the locale or the lack of decor- some.of the best Mexican food is inside this place. Don’t sleep on Tacos El Rey!!!!

Food was alright for what it is, but our order was wrong and even when it got fixed, they still forgot some of what we ordered. Took a while to prepare so we just left without trying to get it fixed again. Just be sure to check your reciept before leaving and you should be fine.

Pre Covid this place was great especially for the price. Fast forward now and the prices are up (to be expected because of covid) but the quality is down. As much as I love this place it’s not what ir used to be anymore. 16$ will get you a small burrito and 3 tacos way too overpriced.

I have been here a couple of times, mainly during the lunch hour. I keep going there because the food is delicious, and the prices for their items are not too expensive for the quality of the food. There have been times when the food does not arrive in a timely manner, mainly because of the number of people present, but the wait is definitely worth it.

Love the asada tacos. Love the tortas. The enchiladas not so much. My plate was flat tortilla, stuff placed on top, another flat tortilla, and more stuff on top, and then the veggie stuff and sour cream put on top. Don’t know what it was but that is not an enchilada.

Inexpensive lunch location at the back of the mini Mart serving relatively authentic Mexican street food. Tacos, sopes, quesadillas, tortas and burritos with several choices of meat fillings. Interior is basic with no personality but for a quick meal or take out it’s a good option for this part of west Yakima
