Ate here a few years ago (pre-pandemic), from what I remember we liked it ok, decided we wanted to try them again but thinking they are out of business now….did not answer phone, when drove by there we didnt see any cars in parking lot but did see a real estate for sale sign in front of building.

I think a little over priced and under staffed you only get chips and salsa depending on what you order. To me this takes the whole Mexican restaurant experience that I have came accustom too away. But on the other side of this is the shrimp tacos are very good.

I work near this place and myself and other employees go there at least once a week for lunch. Very friendly place with great Mexican and American food. Our favorites are the millinessa torta and the bacon cheeseburger. I have never ate anything there that I did not like!

To be honest the main dish was pretty good…However, the salsa was bland and had more water in it than anything else. The chips were not that good either. The rice and beans were fair and could have used more flavor. I hate to give this place 2 stars because it was recommended to us by a friend. I guess if you live in the area and want something quick than it would be fine. But I would rather make the drive into Clanton for something better.

I absolutely love daddy’s kitchen. I order from there at least 5 times a week. My order is ready every time within 15 minutes and is always correct. My family loves daddy’s kitchen and Mrs. Victoria is the sweetest lady ever. She greets you with a smile and makes sure you have refills and everything you need.
