Ordered 3 rib dinner in the drive thru for $14.44. I thought the sack felt light when it was handed to me. Got home, opened the box and was shocked to see 3 tiny finger size ribs smaller than the pickle in the box. What kind of ribs are these? Pork or beef ribs are much, much larger! I hope these tiny ribs are not from a dog. I took a picture of this totally unacceptable bbq rib dinner. Disgusting! Totally unacceptable!

Our first waitress was not in a good mood when she found we had a party of 7. This included 5 adults a 12 year old and a 6 year old. She sent us over to an area that was not set up for 7 and was upset about getting it ready .. She asked another waitress to take our table along The second waitress already had been waiting on.. The second waitress ran her but off trying to take care of all the tables she did a good job and had a great attitude about the whole situation! The food was good but we felt bad for the waitress whom was taking care of all these tables while the other just stood around. Sadly we will not return to this location because of the way we were treated.. We did tip the second waitress well!!

Ordered the super pack, they didn’t put barbeque sauce in the sack. Our side orders, the cup were small, and only half filled. They charged me 5dollars extra for cutting the brisket, they because of COVID. I asked for mustard potato salad, and they gave me mayonnaise. No other customers in the place. Spent 80.00

I go to this one often, well one particular night, I went through drive thru and nobody was in front of me or anything, so I waited for a bit at the drive thru and finally some lady came on with an attitude and I asked to get the kids BBQ dinner and I wanted a strawberry lemonade and she said we don’t have strawberry lemonade of course with an attitude, I said well I get it all the time, I asked are you out? She said yes!! So I got something else, anyway pulled around and someone else was at the window, different voice and really nice, well I heard that rude voice talking to her and the nice one closed the drive thru window and I was watching them inside and saw them talking and looking at me, how rude is this?? I didn’t do anything other than trying to buy a meal for my kid and was greeted with an attitude ugh…

Two stars only for the waitress actually trying to make our experience good. Went for the first time for my birthday after going to the Norman location in previous years, but it had since closed. Two other tables were full, pretty empty for a Sunday. Waitress was friendly and great. Kitchen staff… not so much. They messed up two of our orders. When the waitress tried to correct them, the kitchen staff were arguing loudly with her about how it was her fault. The waitress had to argue to get our orders corrected. After we were done eating, the kitchen staff were still agitated and started a fight with the second waitress there. The whole restaurant could hear them arguing. Very unprofessional. The ladies bathroom was horrid. Only one stall. Soap dispenser was ripped off the wall, the toilet paper dispenser top was ripped off, barely any toilet paper left, and someone had shoved paper towels in the toilet. Would not go back and kind of regret choosing this location to have my birthday dinner.
