I am happy to say that Elmo’s has gone back to the higher quality beef they were originally using. At one point they had switched to a lowered quality steak for their sandwiches and burritos, but now it is much better! Good job guys!

First negative review of my life. 2/25/23. We ordered 3 things 2 of which were wrong, when brought up the young man with red hair said we could wait or leave as he threw a pan across the sandwich making area. Whoever is managing this place should watch/listen what happened next as I do not want this to be disparaging to all who work there, but needs to be addressed. 2/25/23 230pm.

Honestly some of the worst service I have ever had… It is clear the employees don’t want to be working there, wait times are astronomical for even the smallest of things, and employees have been fairly rude on a number of occasions.
