If I could give this place a zero I would, they literally gave me an empty container for our cheesy fiesta potatoes. I spent over $40 to get an empty container. Not to mention the food taste off. I will never give a dime to this place again. Tried to call and no one picks up . Do better.

This Taco Bell treated my husband with hearing issues appallingly. The sign on the takeout menu said those who are hard of hearing can pull up to the first window. My husband told him that he was pulling up to the first window and the person taking his order said that he couldn’t do that. He pulled up to the front and he was yelled at for pulling up to the front window. Then tried to charge $35 for a $5 meal. Absolutely horrendous treatment.

This location is consistently the WORST Taco Bell over and over again. Food is not consistent but the service….some of the worst you can get in Newport News and that’s saying a lot. 50% of the time you will be missing items in your order. Wait times are so long you might as well go to a sit down restaurant. People’s attitudes are hit and miss. This location is the closest to me but I usually go out of my way to go to a different one.

Food was thrown together and poorly wrapped or packaged. The key to a solid operation is making every taco exactly the way it should be. Serving a customer what you did because you were in a hurry screams Bad Management.

I grab a bite to eat through the drive through once or twice a week for several months now, never been disappointed. Other customers must feel the same way, the line always has quite a few waiting, happy to say even when the line looks like its about to wrap around the building the wait is always reasonable, typically 5 minutes & food is in hand. I’ve got to say, they’ve never got my order wrong, I always order something off menu too. Fast, friendly & accurate staff!
