A young kid working behind the counter, we came in and he just stared at us. Let’s be honest customer service is dead, however, I do expect somewhat of a greeting when I enter a store. there was no one else in the entire store and they were not busy at all . We ordered a hoagie for pick up, we requested pickles and they forgot them. The hoagie wasn’t really good, however I haven’t had the pizza yet, so I think I will go back and try the pizza.

Ordered after coming home from moving away from 3 years. We ordered the cheeseburger hoagie with high expectations of how deep and pocket style they use to be . Hoagie roll is pencil thin. Burger is hard as a rock and well over done. Asked for a bacon cheeseburger version and got bacon bits ?

I’ve lived in Manchester half my life never had pizza box. Me and my gf ordered 50 dollars worth of food. Went to pick it up had automatic text saying it was being prepared. Then we get there and I get a text saying the order was canceled. I try to go inside and get this. THERE NOT EVEN OPEN !! i was so baffled I tried to call and nothing. Said I’d get an email about a refund. Never got a email 2 days later still nothing. Luckily my bank canceled the transaction when I called them about it. 2 days later I get my money back. Might I mention too google did say they were open. And I was able to fully order on the website.

Nicer and smaller pizza and Italian sub shop in Manchester. Staff is very nice, food is very good portion sizes and cooked on the spot. Open daily and prices are on par with what is expected.

Used to be a great place for local food. Has significantly declined over the past couple months. Ordered garlic parmesan wings and they were cooking oil flavored at best. No visible sauce or parmesan cheese included a side of meatballs w/cheese and sauce. Photo is what we received. Hopefully others will avoid this place and in turn avoid a disappointing lack luster meal!!

As a Bobcat Alumni, Pizza Box was the spot about 10 years ago. Came home and immediately decided to stop by for a sub because they were so good! Sigh… the sub was dry, without mayo. The lettuce was pink. The tomatoes were slimy. I always had wings from this spot. They were over cooked and tough. Pretty sad and a huge fall from grace. They need new management and new cooks asap. Won’t ever come back.

Where do I begin?? Just spent close to $60 for the worst food ever! The chef salad had pink wilted lettuce, I can’t believe they would serve that to consumers!! Ordered honey mustard wings and received what looked like breaded popcorn chicken, boardwalk fries were cold and tough to chew. Slices of pizza seemed like they were 2 days old and the pizza burger subs?? The burgers were burnt and hardly any sauce. I would have given zero stars if that were an option. Will NEVER order from there again.

Came into town to visit family and wanted to visit a favorite place from years ago. Placed a pick up order for 3 sandwiches and an X-Large cheese pizza with 2 toppings. My sandwich was mostly bread —see pics. Pizza was lite on toppings and cheese and honestly not fully cooked. This place had the best sandwiches in the area…..but not anymore. Sorry to say I won’t ever visit again.

I only order from here every once in a while, however everytime I do something puts me off of them. (This order is no different.) Ordered 2 subs, 1 had 2 slices of ham and the cheesesteak was only half way cut open for filling and what was cut was full of holes and falling apart.

Received a menu in the mail so we thought we’d give it a try. Such a disappointment. Fish was definitely freezer burned and gross. Husband’s steak sandwich was terrible – grisly steak and wet, soggy bun. Fries and onion rings were cold and SOGGY! Never again. Total waste of money.
