Waited for my second visit to give review. Must say it did not change but maybe got worse. On both occasions food selection was limited. What was available was scraps. This time all the drinks were flat and ice machine broken. I could tell staff was embarrassed but really didn’t seem to care. Exchanged conversations with another customer who was also upset. This place is going down hill.

My family and I always eat a panda. But this location has been in decline on quality and service for the last 6 months. At first we thought that might be management changes or something like that. But today I got a take out and it was horrible, the rice was sticky, the noodles were dry, they always forget to give you fortune cookies and even didn’t give me my receipt . It is unfortunate that this is happening since we went down to Winchester Panda Express about a month ago and it was great like always.

I have only been to this location a few times. First time it was OK. 2nd time still OK. Went today and this is what I got. I got a plate with thw sweet fire chicken and honey walnut shrimp and chow mein. Only got 3 pieces of chicken and mostly onions in the chow mein which I’m not a fan of (pics below). Plus the guy at the window wasn’t real friendly. Im done with you panda express.

Went to this location and sat at the drive through screen for about 10 mins while a line of cars piled up behind me. I left because other cars were stuck behind me and my order wasn’t being taken. I figured that they may just be short staffed which is understandable and I decided to try to go inside and take an order to go. I saw a sign on the door saying that the workers were unable to prepare food right now. The sign ended with “sorry for the inconvenience.” I went to this location at 1:00pm which is right around lunch time so I didn’t not come super late. I looked into the window after reading the sign and saw the workers all sitting at a table laughing and talking. I work in food service and I would never do this if I was being paid to work. I’m not trying to be a snitch but I wrote this review so the manager would be aware of what’s going on. I didn’t get served and neither did any of the other customers behind me.

I was highly disappointed and upset today at the customer service I did not receive at Panda Express in Collierville when trying to order lunch. It clearly states on the website that they open at 10:30am and we arrived at 10:45 and all of the doors were locked. There were also other customers at the door trying to get in and in the drive-thru to order lunch. The workers inside did not acknowledge me when I knocked on the door several times. They didn’t event attempt to come to the door to inform us if their opening hours had changed.
