We visited there today, the waitress was not friendly, did not tell us that their frier was down, had she told us we would have left before she brought drinks. We have been there many times that either one thing or the other would make us leave. We will not be going back to this location.

haven’t been as happy as we used to with prices, service, anything. plus we asked for paperless contact and the creepy delivery guy just stood there in the door staring at my husband in the house while the guy made my daughter sign for the pizza and then there wasn’t even a survey code on the receipt….. This last order was amazing it was the best pizza we have gotten from here!

My Pizza Hut experience was terrible to say the least. It started off terribly with the cashier hanging up on me, right as I was ordering. I then call back just wait 10 minutes for him taking the same order I just ordered, 15 minutes right before. The cashier Cameron at this point charges me and says “it’ll be at your house 20-30 minutes” and to my surprise it never came!!! And after 50 minutes I call back to him saying very nonchalantly “oooh yeah forgot to tell you they ordered it to the wrong person” with an awkward laugh, then I said “well why didn’t I get a call” he responds immediately “I forgot I guess, and I was worried about the other order..” so am I not prioritized? So then I said “well you took my money was I ever going to get my food? Can I still get my food?” Again so nonchalantly “I mean do you still want it?” I then said “so it’s an option whether I get my food or not?” He then confirmed it was an option. My money was taken..that wasn’t an option? But me receiving the product is an option? I felt taken advantage of most definitely. Took my money, never got a call back, as a customer I did everything your employee should’ve done. He just stood around waiting for me to make a move. The team wouldn’t have cared if I got my food or not and that’s scary.

This location is stingy with sauce and toppings. When you pay $22 for a pizza, you expect more than a couple of pieces of pepperoni on each slice.

The employees at this location are very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the last two times I’ve ordered from there I have been given the wrong pie…I always order light sauce and for whatever reason, my last two orders have had far more sauce than I would ever want. I am not one to complain and sadly didn’t notice that the pies were wrong until I arrived at my house. I am going to be proactive about this situation going forward, and check it out in the parking lot before I leave, in order to be certain I have been given the correct pizza.
