We had heard great things about this restaurant and finally got to try it for ourselves. The service, ambience and dining was impeccable. The drinks were fun and adventurous. They weren’t all my favorite, but I enjoyed the creativity in them. This is the type of restaurant where we were planning our next visit before our first was even over. Can’t wait to get back!

If you enjoy Asian cuisines, you have to give Chewology a try! This place serves authentic Taiwanese dishes with a modern vibe. My boyfriend and I wanted to check it out on our date night and we left so full and happy. Located in the heart of Westport, making it a great place to have dinner and enjoy walking around the area afterwards. I personally didn’t try any of their cocktails but they looked beautiful and delicious. There was little to no wait for a table and we were greeted within seconds by our server. She was very polite and was attentive to us. Probably one of the best services I’ve had in awhile.

Quality dishes!! I loved everything I got, and there were PLENTY of vegan options, and some gluten free plates as well. I got the Lambai Island Highball which was so flavorful! The Mango & Pineapple was great and refreshing (and spicy)! I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of their menu. 🙂

I really liked the pork belly. The dumplings were big but a little dry. The Dan Dan noodles were more like ramen than I’m used too. It wasn’t the homey atmosphere that I was hoping for.

So good! I’ve been wanting to try this place and everything we got was incredible. For two we ordered kimchi, fried chicken, beef dumplings, and the mapo tofu. We could have done without one item (so full!) but everything was so tasty we ate it all anyway.

This was some of the best food I’ve had in awhile! The drinks were delicious. We shared the Dressed Eggs (these are a must-order) and the Pork Dumplings. I ordered the Dan-Dan as my entree. So delicious! And thank you to Joey for incredible service – we can’t wait to come back to try the rest of the menu!

Outstanding to say the least. Daughter and I have been on a dumpling kick and I on a quest for noodles. This place notched both!! The DanDan broth was outstanding and quite spicy, very true to the flavor of what I’ve had in the past. Both the pork and beef dumplings were amazing! The bao was also a nice start to the meal. If I could give it ten stars I would.

Chewology was excellent! The cucumber and woodear is so perfectly pickled, very delicate. The cucumber is firm and the woodear has an excellent bite. The Dan Dan was also served to perfection with the best soft egg atop. Service was awesome, we had a group of 14 and they were totally on top of everything. I definitely recommend trying it out…you may not know what all of the ingredients are but it’s nothing to be intimidated by and it is in fact delicious!
