The store was short staffed. Everyone was pleasant. Even the cooks in the back were respectful to manager and kept a pleasant demeanor as they were working extremely hard to keep things going. Went to drive-through at 8:50PM. Had to wait at the microphone for 20 minutes before going to the window. Then after they got my money told me to pull ahead and park had to wait another 30 minutes two cars behind me. They tow to park to then they bring our food out, all at the same time instead of bringing people food out one by one hot wings was cold wedges was hot. They didn’t want nobody sitting at the window make it a timer go off, so they rather make people park to make yourself look good.

Wow!!! This really was my favorite salad place to go. Until Jamelia at the drive thru start being there. Jamelia is RUDE, BULLY, By far the WORST ATTITUDE EVER!!! I was wondering why all of sudden business was lacking at that location. She’s AWFUL!!! Not a good fit for her nor ZAXBY’S. She’s talks reckless to me, I guess spending $16 meant NOTHING to her. She treated me so bad that my 6 yr old Daughter said, ” She’s a crazy Teenager!!!”. I felt bad for the Manager because he helped me awhile back & was extremely nice. The way Jamelia act, she’s probably bullying him too. Zaxby’s may want to quickly get her off the window because she’s definitely ruining business. Oh & the Manager said she’s having a bad day. Wow!! I told him well she’s having many bad days because she wasn’t so friendly the last time. I just will not spend money there until she’s GONE!!!

My husband went through drive thru and ordered a house salad for me and a #1 combo for him and when he got home my house salad literally had 5 tiny pieces of cut up chicken on it. Not even an entire chicken finger was cut up for this salad. And it cost $10!!!!! For what? I called the store 2x as soon as I saw my salad and no answer either time. This is very disappointing especially for the prices they charge!
