This is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in Tehachapi. I tried all of them several times and Kasagiri blows the rest of them out of the water. I won’t even bother going anywhere else anymore. So far I have tried the lobster roll (expensive but my favorite!), dragon roll, rainbow roll, baked philly, killer philly, and spider roll and they were all amazing. I also really enjoyed the deep fried soft shell crab appetizer. The salad that comes with meals is really good and comes covered in crab! Highly recommended if you are looking for a good sushi joint! I have always loved Kasagiri. When I was around eight years old, my family went to have dinner there. As we were leaving, the owner gave me a japanese cheesecake (thus started my obsession with those!) And I was so struck by his kindness and how much I enjoyed the night that it’ll always be special to me.
