I ordered Baleadas sencillas. They gave me two tortillas with a bit of beans. I thought it was a joke. I called and told them about it. No apologies and denied they would do something like that. Baleadas Sencillas should be explain to your staff to avoid this type of things. I do not need my money back. I just wanted a called from the manager or apology but staff can care less about that.

THIS is a first for me. I never write reviews and I hate that this is my first one. I went to the register, and the ladies kept talking as if I wasn’t there (although they looked at me.) they were extremely inattentive. one even answered the phone before acknowledging that I was there. I asked a question and she just gave me a nasty face. I really felt unwelcome. this is not what a restaurant atmosphere is supposed to feel like. absolutely horrible customer service. take this advice, work on training your employees to AT LEAST greet the customers when they present themselves at the counter.

We were not greeted when we arrived. The waitress never came to get our order so when I got up to leave the hostess took our order. Again, long waiting and the food was not as expected. Don’t come here if you want friendly, courteous service.

This place was recommended to me by my brother in law. There was another family eating there once we got there so it was NOT busy. We ordered food, around 10 mins later another family arrives and orders. My kids get their food as does my husband, and I just ordered a quesadilla and it took an additional 10 mins after they got theirs and the family that arrived after we did got their food before us and they had a quesadilla as well??? I ordered it to go since it took too long to get 1 quesadilla I wasnt going to stay there any longer. I personally tip by experience which I find it unfair that they impose the 18% tip on your tab. I don’t think I will be going there again, quesadilla was average, I could make it at home, basic mozzarella cheese and chicken, nothing special, French fires were filled with oil.
