We usually order to pick up but decided to dine in with the family. Pizza was great as always and even better to eat it right away. Took a star off due to the waitress that served us. She seemed overwhelmed or didn’t care. The other waitresses were much more attentive and great with our kids when they would walk by. Overall Mellow Mushroom is always a treat and love having one nearby.

He was very welcoming, my significant other and I are from out of state so that was very nice, suggested things that we appreciated and loved! I visited this restaurant for lunch/dinner, very hungry as I had only eaten half a pop-tart earlier in the day. Normally anything will taste good on a severely empty and desperate stomach. This food was very underwhelming. To say the least, the “pretzels” were not pretzels, they don’t even have the classic pretzel taste. I was disappointed. It was just yeast bread shaped as a pretzel FYI. The pizza I got was a veggie pizza. It looked great, HOWEVER, it lacked a lot of flavor! The crust had the garlic butter around the edge but it still didn’t hold much flavor. The cheese and pizza sauce also didn’t hold much flavor. I was dissapointed after the first bite. The only thing I can reccomend is the huge chocolate chunk cookie. So sweet! Service was excellent, restaurant was clean. I did not finish my $20 something dollar meal. It dissapointed me with each bite. Walmart Pizza taste better and I should’ve just made my own pretzels from home, but couldn’t wait that long!

I will say this place is pricey BUT DELICIOUS! I don’t know what they’re putting in the crust but it’s SO FLUFFY and honestly sooooooo good! I had a hard time not eating the whole thing. On Friday nights they’re too busy and even getting take out is complicated. My husband got the pepperoni and sausage, I got the Buffalo chicken and I’m happy getting that EVERY TIME. Must try!!!

Mt husband and I arrived at 8:55 pm. I asked if they were closing. The young lady said that they could not place food orders after 9:00 pm but we could sit and place an order as long as it went in before 9. We did.

This was my first time and I will definitely come back more times whenever I’m in Fredericksburg. We were greeted with warm welcomes, and the vibe was awesome. My drink I ordered was delicious, but I wish it was just a little bit bigger! It was a Strawberry something, but had just the right amount of alcohol where I ordered 2 more. The Cloud 9 wings were amazing, and all 4 pizzas my family ordered were extra Amazing! Our server, Nate, was absolutely the best, so if you go down there… ask for Nate! I highly recommend this place!

Food was great, staff was friendly, it just took a lot longer than it should have for 2 pizzas. Where we sat my husband was able to see in the kitchen area, they were only making one pizza at a time such we thought was odd. Either way, we’d go back and try other things there!
