I went through the drive-through. Just needed a quick snack and had a bean burrito and small Coke. Fast and friendly service. Nice stop for a little bite, or dine in. Try the Power Bowl. They have it in chicken or steak. I prefer the steak. Yum

Dirty establishment from the filthy touch screens you have to use to order down to the stained floor. While I was eating I had the pleasure of watching an employee take a trash bag out, spin it real fast in a circle and splatter a ring of juice and soda onto the ground all around him without a care. My Mexican pizza barely had any filling inside it and my shredded beef dip taco couldn’t have had more than a gram of actual meat swimming in sauce. Highly unsatisfying, would not recommend to anyone.

Just went through drive thru ordered $22 I had a $100 bill the guy at the window said he couldn’t give me change. This was during lunch and for sure they have change. He said he did have it but didn’t want to give me back $80. This is the dumbest reason to not want to serve someone. The female that I spoke to who stated she was the manager, is also a lost case. Taco Bell do better. You want to hire people who don’t know how provide customer service. I went to the other taco bell down the street and they were more than happy to serve me, and provide me with change, as any business should.

Their tacos and burritos never have meet and I could literally count how many tomatoes are on my meal it just doesn’t make sense when I have to order extra meat just to be satisfied seems like they are serving vegetarian tacos I like me just saying

I’ve been all over the west coast and I got to say, this location is the worst by far. The employees look loaded everytime I go, their fountain drinks taste like their dispenser hasn’t been cleaned. They tend to get my order wrong time and time again and the employees are pretty rude if you address something with them. One time I ordered food and drinks and the employee at drive-through just gave me my drinks and no food and told me to have a nice day until I told him about my food but that didn’t even matter because he got my order wrong anyways. The only good thing I can say is I didn’t get boiling hot water thrown on me. I’ll just choose Del Taco to avoid these problems.

Oh my. Where do I start…? I ordered a Mexican pizza and they didn’t even cut it. I let that go until finding out that after ordering a chicken power bowl; they didn’t have any utensil . We asked for a spoon or fork or anything since we were dining in and they all just looked at us like they were so confused . They didn’t offer to return our food or anything . So, we decided since there was no way of eating the food we ordered we would ask to return it. Took the girl ten minutes to even acknowledge us standing there, even though there’s nobody in the restaurant or drive thru! What are the employees doing , hiding in the back? After waiting and waiting we just decided the money wasn’t worth the wait and left . Worst Service Ever! The girl who took our order has a great personality but can ya all learn some guest service basics? Not returning to this location .

Post-COVID, it’s hard to know what to expect walking into a food service restaurant, but this Taco Bell didn’t disappoint. From the service to the food I was impressed. The staff was friendly when we ordered and the supervisor came by a couple of times to check on us and the other tables in the restaurant. The food was fresh and hot. We will be back!
