It’s a lot better than KFC for sure. I’m not much of a fast food type but they have delicious food. It’s where I go when I want fast food. They’re quick and they’re clean on the inside which is always one of my must have things. They try to accommodate me if I ever have an issue or a problem which I have sometimes when it comes to there ice maker. My girl loves they’re ice and so do I that’s all we use when it comes to ice so. Sometimes they’re ice machi e doesn’t work which is a bummer because I have to drive across town to get a couple bags of they’re ice. But I give they’re ice a ten for sure and they’re juicy chicken and fries with they’re comeback sauce is off the chain. Definitely a must have when you go!

I come into the Talladega Jacks almost every morning, the folks that work there are awesome !! I work for AT&T and I deal with customers every day, I know how challenging it can be. Everyone at this location always treats me like family, I always appreciate the service that I get… the food is great but it’s the people that keep me coming back again and again. This jacks is a hit or miss sometimes you go in and everyone is friendly joking around with you having fun and other times some of them are rude and don’t say much or are complaining about someone in drive thru but most the time they are friendly and have good fresh food. One of my complaints today though is if you look below they charge over $5 for a shake and when you get the shake the cups only about 3/4 full. If you’re going to charge $5 a shake you guys need to start filling the cups all the way to top and make them fresh not having ice cream frozen solid so when you make it then it’s soup not a shake.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. The bacon was burned, black. The whole biscuit had been mashed flat to the point of falling apart. I also ordered a Bologna, cheese and egg sandwich. I had asked that the Bologna be hard cooked, it arrived mashed flat also. And the Bologna wasn’t even cooked….another $8.00 just wasted on this place! NO more!!

Most visits have been good but this past week out of 5 day’s ordering breakfast got back to work and on 3 days wrong order or missing items. On Friday tried calling several times with no answer. I will continue going there but orders have to be right.
