Our first order from this location. We were not disappointed. The thin crust works pizza was really good. Everything was clean and even though only one employee was present (one out for delivery) she handled everything fine. Our order was waiting when we arrived.

First time ordering from this location and I’m really disappointed. I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza, nothing crazy, and they managed to get my order wrong and just gave me a plain cheese pizza. I was pretty bummed because it took 45min to get the pizza delivered to me. And the delivery driver wasn’t even a papa Johns employee!! It was a door dash driver – I don’t even have a doordash account and I believe they overcharged me with doordash prices. Super upset to have paid so much for a plain cheese pizza, which was not what I ordered. Might not order from here again. :/

Other Papa Johns have been fine but this location is notoriously bad. 9/10 times your order won’t be correct, items will be missing or the food will just look really bad. Things are frequently undercooked and the employees see but don’t care. I can eat Papa Johns anywhere else with no issues but this location will TEAR your stomach up. I’ve also had an an 8-9 year old child/little girl cash me out at the register here before.

DISGUSTING!!! I waited for 30 minutes for them to cut my pizza after they put hand sanitizer on. She kept scratching her face the whole time. Flys were everything! Very bad customer service. I left and went to Domino’s. I’m not eating their pizza again

Pure garbage. They used to have New York style slices now they have slices that are tiny comparable to hungry Howie’s. My pizza barely had any cheese or sauce. Complete garbage and disappointment at least hungry Howie’s has some flavor. And you had the balls to charge me over 20 bucks for a tiny pizza that was inedible. Stop being lazy and do your job. And if this is what corporate has told you to do you’re going to be out of business very quickly. I will never order another pizza from you again and neither will my fellow truckers that follow me.

I love the food but not happy today! I ordered on the app. The app said he/she will arrive in 1 minute. 30 minutes go by and no one is here. I called & they told me the driver forgot to grab my order and they had to remake my food. Driver had to go back & pick up my food and it’s been almost 2 hours. I tipped in advance to give the driver an incentive to make it here. I still don’t have my freaking food. If I don’t get my food by 8:30 I’m going to the store for either a refund or my freaking food! Better off going to Little Caesars!
