I was a McDonalds Manager in Tampa for 10 years and visited this Restaurant today, Saturday March 25th at 3:17 pm. Thanks to the well trained staff and Manager on duty, I had the BEST EXPERIENCE that I’ve had at a McDonalds in a very long time! Longest drive thru times! Moves at a snail’s pace. Always get orders wrong. They will leave off your bacon or egg in morning sandwich. They’ll leave off lettuce & tomato & bacon off chicken sandwich. French fries always cold & stringy. One time they got it completely wrong & when they gave me the so called correct order, it was still wrong! A lot of teenagers with no social graces. Don’t ever smile. Getting too expensive!!!

I needed to use a restroom, so stopped here. Ample parking. Restaurant seemed clean. Men’s room was pretty nice, like they actually took care of it versus other fast food joints that just run a nasty mop over the floor. Food came out pretty quickly, was hot, and assembled nicely, again versus other fast food places where half the food tastes like it’d qualify for a senior citizen’s discount, and the other half is assembled like the ingredients are going through a bad divorce. Staff is pretty friendly too.

A clean and nice restaurant. We paid cash, so it took about 10 minutes to be waited on at the front register. Looked like they were short handed. The staff were all wearing new and clean uniforms. Employees were cleaning work stations which was nice to see and rare at other places.

Stopped in for a 10 PM snack. There were only 2 staff working. After ordering at drive thru. We got our drink and waited twenty mins at the window. After twenty minutes, I got the attention of a worker. She told me they they had to cook everything fresh because of just having the two employees. We got our bag of food and headed to Tampa. The $4 fries and chicken nuggets were uneatable from being overcooked. The employee was nice, but they were not enough to run the place.

It might have been an off day, but it was awful. The lady went from sweeping and cleaning to taking our order to fixing our food. There were like 8 other people working in the back, so they definitely weren’t short staffed. The fries were overcooked and soggy. They told me they didn’t serve frozen drinks even though they were on the menu and I’ve ordered it before. They also told me that double cheese burgers couldn’t be made into meals even though that’s the only thing I ever order. This particular McDonald’s needs some help.
