Fantastic place to come and eat if you like your Chinese food . We came for our evening meal twice and the whole family enjoyed what they ordered. It’s a basic layout inside similar to KFC or McD’s but the food is fantastic. Staff are great also. Can get busy but queues move pretty quick. Best of all is – this place is just amazing value for money with HUGE portion sizes. Meals start at $7.50 up to about $15 for the 3 sides and premium options. Highly recommended.

Two terrible experiences in a row now here. Out of food, told 15-20 minute wait while laughing. It wasn’t even because they were out of food but it was because they were not cooking it. Their 2 most popular items orange and teriyaki chicken. I thought this was a fast food establishment? They should really take notes from the chick-fil-a next door which i highly recommend. Wont ever be back here!!

I ordered bigger plate and i ordered white rice for my friend and i got fried rice after i specified i wanted white rice because he was allergic to a few ingredients in the fried rice i called to see if we could go and switch them or if i could get a refund and they didn’t answer my call i called 4 times the food also came really cold

I dined in, and the food was terrible. The fried rice was cold. It didn’t look fresh. The teriyaki chicken should’ve been chicken breast breast because we’ve had it at other places. This was not everything was poor quality. I wish that we had just returned it back and the food was cold, I’ve had panda express in many places I even had it in Manhattan Beach California. It was out of this world so wonderful so I’m grading every panda express by that and you do not pass. I’m sorry but I would not eat there again and we’re not gonna eat there again Very poor quality. I hope that we don’t get sick because the food was not hot.

Worst Panda Express ever. I’m not one to usually ever go and put a review on a restaurant or even complain to the manager, but I literally cannot take it anymore with this restaurant, especially that this is the only closest one for miles. It takes 30 to 50 mins for my food to be ready when I make an order. They are always running out of things too. If you are doing mobile order I recommend not doing it for this location

Ordered a delivery online that never turned up. The store phoned up to say the driver was outside to which I reconfirmed the delivery address. I went outside to check for the delivery driver and no one was there. I checked the tracking and the driver was 6.8 miles away. I tried to phone the store but they had closed by 9:29pm when I tried. I then tried the drivers number but the number didn’t work. The order was then updated to delivered but I never received my order. I asked PayPal to reverse the payment and have launched a complaint against the store. Avoid.

Came inside and was the only one in line. Ordered a family pack: they were out of teriyaki chicken, and didn’t have many of the entrees typical of the Panda Express. Was told it would be 20 minutes to wait for vegetables, and 10 for orange chicken. I agreed to wait, after all, I’m at their mercy since I needed some Asian cuisine.
