I would describe my experience as satisfied. The service was pleasant and timely. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and added lettuce and tomato. The sandwich has a unique flavor, the bread is delicious and it’s served at a great temperature. So sorry I can not say the same about the fries. I’m sure that when their oil is clean the fries are delicious, because they look so good on other reviews. Unfortunately my fries were crummy, oily and soggy 🙁 Because the sandwich was so good I will definitely go back, and will give the fries another chance but I will make sure to check my order before I walk out to avoid crummy soggy fries

I called in an order so it would be ready when I got to the store. They told me 10-15 minutes and it would be ready, I get to the store at the 10 minute mark and they haven’t even started cooking my order yet. The young man making my food was very deep into an conversation it seemed to start my order when I called. If I wanted to wait for my food I would have simply walked in and placed my order, not called ahead so it would have been ready or almost ready when I got to the store to pick it up. And keep in mind there was no one else in the store ordering or waiting for food.
