We are a Gourmet Food Truck on the Emerald Coast of Florida specializing in high-end Wagyu burgers and chicken sandwiches. Everything is made to order and fresh! We have SIX specialty burgers with six handcrafted sauces. Our patties are hand pressed fresh every day. Our meat is always fresh, never frozen and locally sourced from a Pensacola butcher shop. Our special sauces are made from scratch on the truck daily.

If you have never been here, it’s amazing. The burgers were cooked fresh the fries and tots were hot and crispy. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. The peach tea and lemon tea were refreshing and delicious. Inside seating away from the rain. Heated bathrooms which were clean. Plenty of parking. Big screen TVs. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed. Also 6 total food trucks to choose from.

Had the Humpty Dumpty burger. Absolutely delicious, good seasoning on the patty, thick sliced tomato. The sauce and the egg yolk seep through the other ingredients and mix to enhance the whole burger eating experience. Plus they have unique burgers of the month that can’t be missed.

As one of the only places in the area serving veggie burgers I had to give Sauce Boss a try, and it did not disappoint! The burger was made with attention to detail and quality ingredients, from the fresh and fluffy bun to the special sauce, and the patty that fits the bun and doesn’t fall apart on your first bite. The fries are nigh perfect; super crispy outside and soft and smooth inside. The various sauces are an awesome addition, and I can definitely recommend Barbie sauce with fries. I wish I could have tried everything because the options all sounded great!
