Very nice people. The place was very clean, the play ground was open my daughter loved it. The bathroom was really big and clean I loved how they had hand sanitizer right next to the baby changing table that was a first for me. But yes I definitely recommend this place. I could tell that the staff was very organized and the quality of my experience at this location surpassed expectations. The staff was helpful, my food was out fast, and the restaurant was very clean and in order. Burger King would be a strengthened franchise if all locations offered as much quality as this location.

Usually they do a great job, however today for my lunch order I wanted to use the coupon for the Whopper meal for two (12.99) I asked to add cheese to both. I received my food, when I got home I noticed both burgers were missing cheese and I wasn’t given a receipt. I checked my bank transaction, my order total was (17.78) so I was still charged for the cheese, and they aren’t answering the phone. Unsatisfied experience.

As far as Burger Kings go, this one is on Par with other good fast food burger joints. The service was fast, the drive through was responsive quickly, the food was hot and fresh and it appeared to be clean. Knowing how RBI (Their parent company, and no I do not work for Burger King lol) operates I went ahead with a 5 star given I had no complaints. Really I would go with a 4 star given there was nothing spectacular about the visit. A solid positive visit for sure! But spectacular…not so much. Maybe a more outgoing drive through order taker or window person would have pushed it over the top. Can’t complain about a thing though!

This store is one of the slowest fast food drive-through’s that I’ve ever been to. And when you go inside and wait 10 minutes and don’t have anyone take your order it’s frustrating. And it’s every single time I go. I will never go back to this location again.

Went to get some breakfast before heading to the office this morning, and it’s Friday so I’m in a great mood, up until I went to the drive through to get my order and I wasn’t greeted from the young lady opening the window she just said my price of the meal without greeting me, I give her my card to swip and I asked her if I could get some strawberry jelly, and the look that I got from her seemed as I was asking to much, then she handed my food and I looked in my bag and asked for some extra napkins since they only put just one in there she gave me the same hateful look..then I said to her to try and cheer her up,and I said it’s Friday with a big smile, then she said..so hateful..I know and then shut the window..look here little girl, I have delt with people all my life that’s why I’m a supervisor…and customer service is a big thing for me, if you don’t like your job, then go find something else to where you don’t have to deal with people. Because that’s your job to give great customer service. I will not be spending my money there anymore. And I can probably speak for alot of people if you get bad customer service, then more likely you won’t go back to that place..your manager should of sent you home and coach you on customer service. If you can’t be kind to people that comes through the drive through then they need to put you back there cooking the food, so you won’t have to deal with us. Went there 7/28/2023 at 8:45 am

King of fast food. They have a better than average burger and pretty dexent chicken nuggets. Thier portion sizes have not decreased as some other chains have. Fries are good and have a sublty different flavor from moat other chains. I have always gotten good service at this location, fast times and accurate orders.
