Great Italian restaurant with friendly and attentive staff, and a cozy environment best for small gathering. It might be easy to miss on the street, particularly with recent construction. Decent menu with selections focusing on pasta. No pizza option. Our food comes in decent portions, particularly generous on fish. The calamari appetizer was a bit salty, and the free bread helps balance it out. Save room for desserts, as their home made ones are worth trying.

After a long day of shopping at IKEA, we had worked up quite the appetite (we skipped the cafeteria inside). We were craving Italian cuisine and we chose to go to sansonina, and we were extremely impressed! We got seated at a very romantic table, with a real candle and flower – nice touch. We arrived just before the dinner rush so I’m sure that helped with the wait time for our food. My wife got riesling and enjoyed it. The water glasses are small but I never had to ask for a refill, the waitress was super attentive and always topped me off. The bread was seasoned, fresh, soft, slightly toasted and warm. We got the fried cheese appetizer, and the portion is a lot for two people. The cheese was nice and warm, not overly firm and had a nice chew. The breadcrumbs added a nice flavor of spices and added some textural crunch to the dish. They did not give a lot of marinara sauce but it’s okay since my wife doesn’t do red sauce. Combined with the bread, it made a nice sandwich. We split the chicken Alfredo, and they gave us half portions on our own plates. This is a great touch, since at other restaurants we have to ask for an extra plate and sloppily move the food. The pasta was fresh, perfectly cooked with a buttery creamy Alfredo. The moist chicken breast complimented the dish beautifully. We were presented a dessert cart, which helped us decide on the berry cheesecake which was phenomenal. I’d highly recommend this spot for a date night and for couples that like to split meals. One appetizer, entree, and dessert. Perfect amount for two. And reasonably priced for such a high quality experience! We will be back if we are ever in the area again!

Great romantic atmosphere! We came for a Gals dinner, but it would be great to bring a date or significant other. The booths are high, giving a great personal meal at all the tables! The lighting wasn’t too bright, just right! A great meal with wine & dessert! See info on parking. You want to make a reservation! A nice little gem found in renton.

Wow. Stuffed myself silly. Sweets the bar for 5 stars higher. Food was amazing. My first wine sample was off but the second was delicious. The place was busy and a bit loud at our arrival but almost empty by 7pm on a Tuesday. Though we didn’t have room, we got dessert and the tiramisu was outstanding, the chocolate torte was almost like the center of a chocolate truffle and not too sweet! We’ll become regulars.

Went without reservations with my sister on a Saturday night. We were able to sit without reservations but they did let us know we had 90 minutes since they had reservations for the table after us which was totally fine! We ordered the bruschetta and Greco salad. It was good, didn’t realize we got bread and marinara sauce as service so we ordered the bruschetta but next time would not get bruschetta since we get bread, but it was good! We each ordered a glass of wine, and we ordered the spaghetti bolognese and the linguine con pollo Limone. The bolognese comes with sausage and the sausage had a kick but it was good! The linguine con pollo had an herb in the dish that was a little strong for my liking, wasn’t sure if it was thyme or oregano but one of them was really overpowering the pasta. Overall the service was super fast and nice and food was good.

Oh Jesus freaking Christ it’s soooooooo damn good! I walked in and already feel like I will have a good dinner tonight and it is! The food may not be too cheap but yes it’s amazing good and yes with this price I would love to give 10 stars if I can! I been to more expensive restaurants and they taste amazing just like here:). Never never never miss this place if you like pasta!
