Hot and fresh. The chicken tenders 10 piece were hot and crispy and the chicken was juicy. The chicken club was also hot and fresh. The fries were delicious as well. They make the chicken tenders fresh to order every time we’ve come and they are hot, crispy, juicy and delicious! Get some!

Yet again, the order taker has to be corrected numerous times. The meal is cold. Mind you, they had me pull up to wait for fresh curly fries and they were cool and soggy. I recommend you go to another location besides Oak Grove.

The cashier girl named CY, is lazy and has no customer service skills. And the same goes for the kitchen person on this Sunday morning. I asked CY if I can order a breakfast burrito with no meat and she said there was no way to ring it up in the system. I wouldn’t have cared if she rang me up for a more expensive burrito, but she didn’t even do that. I get the sense they didn’t feel like selling me food and they didn’t care about store revenue. I never had this issue at any other Hardee’s. Big disappointment.

We ordered 2 Western Bacon Cheese burgers that comes with 2 onion rings on top with 2 orders of curly fries to go. We only got 1 fries. The rings on both burgers were so over cooked we couldn’t bite into them. No bacon on either of them. It was total garbage. So disappointed. I rarely complain. This was bad! I would have given a zero but it isn’t an option.

I ordered a sausage biscuit and found a long blonde hair in it and watched multiple back line people without gloves. The hash brown station was covered in grease salt and hash browns scattered on the floor as well. I finally get my food and its all cold after sitting on the front line counter and the manager was completely unhelpful and there was no refund.
