I ordered a large hot caramel latte that supposedly had 4 pumps caramel and what I got was a regular hot coffee. It was disgusting, disappointing and bad customer service. First off working at a coffee shop no matter if it is a big box chain as this or not means providing Excellent customer service, experience and following simple directions. Sad I wasted money here. I will not return to this establishment again.

This is the worst location. Seriously, don’t bother getting your coffee/drink/donut here, go ANYWHERE else. Go to QT and save your time, money and sanity. Today, I didn’t even get the correct drink, and no receipt. The lid of the cup smelled strongly of men’s cologne. This place sucks. The people employed here don’t care and are certainly not paying attention. I have continued to return and hope for the best, but I will never gain until I see under new management sign posted. It would be best if this place was just shuttered. What a shame. This location is an absolute disgrace to Dunkin’.

My first time going to Dunkin and Omg… more expensive than Starbucks and bland. Here’s a tip DD…. reduce your prices and stop using lab grown products with ZERO flavor. Just gross. I will never do Dunkin Dounits again.. waste of money and calories. I’d rather eat cardboard and drink water.

My husband went and got us some coffee this morning he said all the female workers were just standing around talking not working and it took them about 15 mins to make two coffees unacceptable dunkin I work in customer service and customers are number one talk and socialize on your off time not on company time get paid to work not talk do your job. Because of this he will not be going back. Lost a customer due to poor customer service over socializing …. SAD!!!!
