Don’t judge a book by its cover. The food here is excellent. We ordered the full rack of ribs with the BBQ beans, potato salad, and collard greens. The beans were great with a nice smokey flavor, the potato salad was wonderful with just a tinge of tantalizing heat.

We ordered catering for my son’s first birthday party from Earl’s, and it was fantastic. They were awesome about accommodating a food allergy in one of our guests, easy to do business with, and extremely fair in their pricing. We ordered brisket, chicken, mac and cheese, and corn in the cob. Everything was delicious. I completely spaced out on taking pictures of the full trays because it smelled so good that everyone was anxious to dive in. But we ordered for 12 people, which was slightly more than our expected guest count. We figured if it was like most places, if we ordered for our exact head count we wouldn’t actually end up with quite enough food for everyone to be really full. In the end, we actually ended up with a full 12 guests, but we still had enough food left for several people to take some home and my husband and I to have dinner for the next 2 nights. I definitely recommend these guys and will probably use them again myself for future events.

I got the 3 meat combo, and my son grabbed the 2 meat combo. The portions were great! I couldn’t eat it all in one sitting. The price point is at what I would expect from some good Bar-B-Q. Earl’s Texas BBQ is now in our eat-out rotation.

Ribs and brisket are OFFICIAL!!!!!! Those are the only 2 items I can vouch for so far. I can do without the sides and even the sauce(good BBQ doesnt even need sauce). Best BBQ I’ve eaten in Fairfield and Vacaville in the last 10 years. Probably the best BBQ I’ve eaten in Northern Cali, period. Well I can’t compare Lucilles beef ribs to anything anyone else has lol
