I ordered a six (6) piece wing order; I paid $7. The wings were barely the size of my pinky finger and that not saying a lot because I have very small hands with short fingers. For wings that tiny they should give a few extra wings in the order. It had been over a year since I last ordered from Papa John’s. Will not be ordering again anytime in the near future.

We haven’t ordered from the Baxter Papa John’s for a long time due to quality issues We ordered two pizzas tonight. We got home with them to find out that one wasn’t cut Not even an attempt to cut it. Cutting pizza after it has cooled a bit makes a mess We won’t go back again for awhile! THE WORSE! Have tried and tried again ordering from this location and they consistently put out the worse pizza. Their normal bake is dry, flat and tastes like cardboard….can’t imagine what well done would be. Do yourself a favor and just order dominos if you want delivery

Excellent service!!! My wife called and spoke with Alyssa on 5/14/21!! We are vegan and really enjoyed Papa John’s prior to being vegan!! Alyssa took the time to explain the ingredients and was just super friendly and patient we her!! Food was fresh and hot!! Kudos to her and her crew!!! I ordered a pizza and a brownie online tonight. Instead of them having the decency of calling and saying they were out of brownies, would you like a cookie or cinnamon bread (which are the same price). They just sent the order, minus the brownie. Granted they took it off the charge. But big mistake! Sending a pregnant woman (with triplets at that!) only half her freaking order! And all I wanted was something sweet, the flipping pizza was for hubby’s dinner!

Don’t waste time on ordering Pizza from here. I ordered a pizza from the other Fort Mill location by accident using the online app. Waited over an hour before they finally called me to tell me they can’t deliver to my address I’m out of their district. So they cancelled my order, which I have yet to receive a refund from.. over two weeks and attempted to order from this location. No sorry or understanding from their end. Just a silent line as we tried to order again but their computer froze and they didn’t want to mention what the silent hold was for so I just hung up. Not worth it.

I love papa johns! This store is always on point. I ordered online and everything was at my house at the time I needed it. The delivery driver Ruben Kellam was so nice and happy when he came. He had everything for my order EVEN ALL THE SAUCES!! Lol he even made sure I knew I had everything before he left, and was happy with his service… which I am!!
