First time visiting the Purple Cow. My husband and I stopped in after work and we were promptly greeted and sat. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I ordered the purple (vanilla) milkshake, it was delicious! I ordered the Firehouse knife burger and my husband ordered the rodeo burger. Both met and even exceeded our expectations! We will be back again soon!!

This was my first time eating at a purple cow. The food was amazing and affordable. This location was not busy when we went in the afternoon on a weekday. The only complaint I had was the restrooms were a little dirty but it could have been because the location didn’t have a lot of staff working this particular day.

Our server was great, the sampler was pretty good the fried pickles and mushrooms were good. I ordered 2 adult size meals, a burger and a santa fe salad which wasnt great at all, my son that ordered the adult burger said his was ok. The 2 kids meals I ordered was a cheeseburger my son said it was over cooked and my daughter didnt care for her grilled cheese, to get frys with the kids meal its almost 2$ more. I hate complaining but the salad just wasnt edible the dressing that comes on it taste more like a dipping sauce, I told my server and she spoke to the manager. I didnt want my food for free but got a 1.41 discount that was more of a slap in the face and shouldnt have even bothered with something like that. My bill total with everyone drinking water was 63$ and some change… This was for lunch, the prices for the food cost to much and wasnt worth it.

Would’ve given 0 stars if possible! I visited this location not too long ago, and service was absolutely horrible. We walked in and there was one other group finishing up their lunch. We were greeted by our waitress and she took the drink order. When she brought out the drink order they weren’t even right. We tell her that it wasn’t right, then when she brings out refills they are STILL wrong!! Moving onward we ordered food. We decided we would get the cheese dip with chili added. When the cheese dip was brought out, it had no chili in it. We would’ve said something, but our waitress NEVER came back until the very end. At that point it was useless to even ask for anything because nothing had been right. While we are sitting waiting for her to come back she never does and instead sits around with the other employees talking instead of taking care of her customers. Mind you when we went, we were one of two groups even in the restaurant! I will not be coming back to this location. It had gone downhill and it isn’t worth my time or money. As customers we were not picky. We simply wanted what we ordered and asked for.

This picture perfectly represents and reflects my experience at Purple Cow. The service was terrible and it’s because there wasn’t a manager to be found anywhere. All the boys were fixated on the girls, and all the girls were putting on a show for the boys and nobody was working taking orders or serving the customers. We were here for well over an hour for what should’ve taken much less time given the high number of staff to customers. Easily 2:1 staff to customers. However the lack of supervision was ultimately what led to the terrible service. The kitchen seemed to have it together and the food was good but the front of the house definitely earned the 1 star review.

I come here every once in a while, but today the service at lunch was absolutely atrocious. We were the only ones in the entire restaurant for a majority of the time, but we still couldn’t get a server to help us. We just wanted to come in for some appetizers and shakes, but when the food came out, none of it was right and 3 out of the 4 drinks we had gotten while there were also wrong. We tried to let our waitress know so we could get a side of chili to put in our cheese dip like we asked for originally, but she NEVER showed back up until it was time to pay the check. I didn’t even put in my order for my shake like I was going to because I didn’t want to deal with that coming out wrong too. Looking at the other recent reviews it is pretty obvious that this place is going downhill fast. It’s extremely disappointing.

Normally I would give four or five stars for this place because we love their burgers and shakes. But today this place was so dirty that the hostess had to search for a clean table (only six tables were occupied when we arrived). I watched this hostess seat people at a table next to us that wasn’t even wiped off. They were seated when we were placing our order, but somehow their food came out before ours, and put orders weren’t right. They finally started cleaning tablets up after they saw me taking pictures for my review. I wiped gunk off the cups they made the shakes in. Oh, there was a manager who didn’t step out to the dining room until we were about to leave, so he probably doesn’t care anymore than the servers about cleanliness.

This was the most amazing food I have had in a while! Everything tasted so good that I ate myself sick. lol.. Our waitress was so kind and answered all our many questions. lol.. She smiled and genuinely loves her job, which is much appreciated!!

Super cute place. Really had a great old diner feel, and the service was wonderful. Super nice and got our food fast. It was definitely a little pricey for burgers and fries. I would still go again. Just make sure you are ok with paying a little more.
