On Wednesday, July 19, 2023, I went in at 7:50 p.m. to order food for my family. The kid behind the counter asked if I was picking up an online order; I told him “no.” He said “then we are closed.” I asked what time do you close? He replied 8:00, but the kitchen closes 15 minutes early. This is unacceptable! If you close at 8:00, then I should be able to come in at 7:50 and place an order. I will NOT return to this location.

Ordered online at 730 and the order defaulted to next day after I placed it due to closing at 8. I called to tell them but they don’t answer the phone. I called them twice after and they can’t do anything about online orders. Left 3 messages with corporate and they don’t call back so they got my money and I got nothing in return. Be cautious if an online order is messed up they can’t help you with it. Very unprofessional.

How many times am I going to order a pickle with my sandwich and there not to be a pickle? Every time it seems at this location. Its a simple add but really makes the meal. Please include pickle when pickle is checked. Very disappointing.

Attempted to come to the restaurant about 15 minutes before they closed only to find that they turned off their open sign early and locked their doors before their 8pm closing time. Not to mention you can still see the workers inside not doing anything. if they want to close early they should update their hours

First time in, and the sub was great. Veggie sub had a nice variety of cheese and veggies. The only request is that they add another layer of veggies since the meat is not on it. Other than that….delish. took a little longer for the prep than most sub shops.
