terrible service. Both workers have to concentrate on one order because it gets sprinkles and oatmilk etc while you wait in line for fifteen minutes for a regular coffee. They wont even acknowledge you. Nope. Total focus on the oatmilk and pretties for that order. Who ever heard of of it taking two counter employees to work on one simple order. Worst service at a Starbucks ever.

So disappointed. Have not been able to get a Frappuccino here for nearly 3 weeks. They are apparently never going to fix it. The multiple trips I have taken for one have been a waste of time and gas because they have never fixed their machine even though it has been nearly a month. You need to start compensating your customers for wasted gas at this point smh.
