Ordered a full size caps chopped. To say disappointed doesn’t begin to cover it. They put shredded sub Lettuce on the salad (that’s not what is supposed to be used) so by the time I got to eat it, it’s wilted and soggy, drenched with dressing. Hardly any toppings for a full size salad. The Capriottis in Centennial Hills is WAY better. I paid $20 for this salad (plus drink and cookie). I should’ve checked my order before I left, so I’m gonna take my part in it, but they won’t get another chance.

This place is terrible! The food is not fresh, the girl and old man on the grill are extremely rude! And always reduce to give names to report! Over all expensive and disgusting

Some days everything is excellent. Other days there are issues and service is mediocre. Online order pickup procedure (notify the register) is not reliable when you want to pick up your sandwich quickly.

They have the best sandwiches in Las Vegas as far as I’m concerned. I always get the large sandwich no matter what kind it is. That way I can get at least 2 meals out of it. I have tried just about all the different ones they have and have never been disappointed in any of them.

Food is amazing! Little expensive but well worth it. Had leftovers. Staff was wonderful! Heaven (employee’s name) was so friendly. Was at justice center as witness to a crime. Was very anxious and she made everything better!!! Did I mention the food? Yummy…

My Hubby & I stopped in; had a great Cheese Steak Sub here. Customer service was standard, and the atmosphere could have stood to be more inviting but, our meal was delivered fast, hot and delicious to the last bite. A sandwich well worth our bucks!

I love all the locations. They have the best Vegetarian Turkey subs. Plus all the locations are so nice to change the gloves , if you ask , so you food won’t be made with gloves that made a meat sandwich.

Shoppe is “inside” the courthouse downtown. Requiring emptying your pockets, taking off your shoes and going through metal detectors with plenty of sheriff’s available to clear you to enter building. A bit excessive for a sandwich. But, there’s always a first time. Sandwich was okay but choices seemed limited compared to other Capriotti’s I’ve been to. If your near downtown and want to go through a security check….

The location sucks. The employees are incompetent. I would recommend this place learn about customer service because it completly lacks it. Also this chain is not a real capriottis. Sandwich making skills lack. Don’t waste your time or money.
