The cashier working their with blue hair is an idiot. She literally is incompetent, told her my order, and she messed it up and tried to tell me that it was my fault, when I had a discussion with her prior to even ordering about clarifying how many flavors I can get per 10 wings. On top of that, because the incompetent cashier, messed up my order, I ended up having to pay an extra $13 for some reason. Her response was that it is cheaper ordering on the internet.

As i travel with my family across towns and currently we stopped in texas, my sons love to eat at wingstop so we decided to stop, nothing can explain the horrible experience we have had at this establishment. The first thing we witnessed was a coworker with some facial hair rubbing his face and putting his hand in the bowl of fries that are meant to be served in each meal. We paid for a 10-piece meal and got served a 6-piece meal. I love the company, but this establishment needs to improve.

Put in your order on the app 75-90 minutes ahead even for 15 wings. Cashier was kind and apologetic but there’s not much can be done other than a larger facility when wings are ordered non stop. Anyone seen the Walmart? You need elbow protectors.
