The staff were great and so was the food! It waa my first time to have Papa John’s, so it did not disappoint. We got the Epic one which had cheese in the the crust! The only thing was that I thought the bottom crust was too thin that I couldn’t hold my pizza slice properly because it was falling off. Other than that, I loved it!

As if this place couldn’t get any worse…ordered a delivery order, they forgot my soda. Called back and while on the phone noticed my large pizza looked extremely small so I decided to measure it. As you can see in the picture it was a medium pizza even though I paid for a large. Told the manager and she said they can remake it and I can pick it up. Told her that I paid for delivery so you can have the driver deliver me the correct pizza with the 2 liter you forgot. She then hung up on me as I was speaking.

I just called to place a delivery order, one medium cheese pizza (very simple). In stead of reaching the call center to place my delivery order I accidentally somehow got the actual store (Twin Oaks store). The guy who answered the phone said I needed to call the call center, to which I asked if I could just give him my order since this is the store I would be getting my pizza from. He paused, then said yes, but that it would be a two wait before the pizza would be delivered. I knew this was a load of c@&p so I called the call center and they took my simple and told me the pizza should be here in about 35-38 minutes, NOT 2 hours. Clearly the guy at the Twin Oaks store is way too lazy to take a difficult pizza order (one med cheese pizza). In case the store owner reads these comments, this all took place at 6:30 on May 26th. Maybe you could school your employees on going the extra mile by taking a simple order. This kids parents need a talking too as well. Clearly nobody shows him what work ethic looks like.

My ordering experience was easy, but the delivery was not per its usual standard. Half the pizza, which was delivered just a few minutes ago, was off the bread (shown in the attached picture). I called multiple times before getting a response. Was offered a quality guarantee, to redeem the same order in the future.

Using a call center is a horrible idea if they aren’t going to communicate the correct wait times. I was told 15-20 min for 2 med pizzas & an order of breadsticks. We were 30 min away but figured that was ok. Walked in & was told 15-25 more minutes as there was still an order ahead of us. So our order wasn’t even started! I told them the call center told me 15-20 min 30 min ago. He said he has the wait time for carry out set as 1 hour. Well, the call center isn’t communicating that to customers!! I told them not to bother making our pizzas. Thankfully I didn’t pay over the phone.

Remember the days when you didn’t have to add your own cheese, then reheat the pizza for it to be edible? I don’t know what happened Papa, but.. make it stop. You used to be my go-to for anything pizza. The past 2 times now, this is what I received.. a pizza with barely enough cheese (had to add my own), Black spots on the pizza, and the pizza arriving 30 minutes past the delivery expectation, meaning cold and depressing. Come on Papa.. what’s up? Do you need some guidance?
