OK so we went here before visiting family so drive thru it is. Ordering was easy we get the same thing all the time the party pack.. 12 tacos good to go plus what ever the kids want..kids cheese roll ups with beef were so yummy they really enjoyed them my other son got a chicken steak quesadilla now onto the taco party pack.the tacos were nasty they had some wierd dish soap taste and the smell was horrible we could not eat them 2 bites in could not eat nor return as we took them to family.we would never go back to this taco bell in Brunswick Oh

Both this location and the one on center road are absolute garbage with poorly trained staff. They’ve screwed up my last 4 orders. They also have terrible customer support when you order through the app. I’ve notified them on all the orders and have received no contact to resolve the situation. NEVER order through the taco bell app. At least door dash makes things right when needed.

Don’t go here if you customize your order at all because they simply will not make your food right. Their drive thru window as well as online has the hours listed stating they are open til 3 am, yet if you pull up anytime past 12 it’s a ghost town. Being understaffed is understandable, but doesn’t make much sense to me when Center Road Taco Bell does just fine. Just go to the other location, trust me.

Was somewhat of a wait in the drive thru (5ish minutes), which is understandable given how busy it was and how (almost certainly) understaffed they are. When I did get my order taken the guy was very friendly and even suggested a better way to order what I was going to get which made it about $3 cheaper. When I got to the window the same guy that took my order was there, confirming the understaffed theory. Overall, very positive experience but they definitely need to hire some more people.

EXTREMELY slow. Every time I come to this location there will be 2-4 cars and it’s takes 40+ minutes waiting for your order to be taken and or waiting at the window for your food. Staff is typically rude when taking orders through the DT.
