I give them a 1 this time because I called to find out if they deliver in my area and the young lady asked me my location and after I told her she asked me to hold on and she never came back to the phone. I called again thinking that perhaps they were busy and maybe she forgot that I was on hold. When I called again a young man answered and I told him what had just happened and what I was needing to know before ordering. He also asked for my address, and I told him, and he also asked me to hold on and he never returned either. So, I called Dominos and they had no problem with my location or delivering my pizza and I wasn’t put on hold with no return. I like Pizza Hut but this time I was very dissatisfied with the lack of phone courtesy . Hopefully it will better next time I call.

I got a big dinner box for my family from here. They refused to hand out the marinara sauce with our cheese sticks every time I’ve ever ordered it came with a marinara sauce. Incredibly rude of them.

Elkin, NC the worst service ever! Pizza was delivered with the dough uncooked. It was not what I requested. I called the local number abd was transferred to the call center and on hold three different times total over a hour.

We had ordered a pizza last night and it was cold and we called back to address the issue and was on the phone for almost an hour waiting to speak to the manager after doing so she did fix our order they was not busy at all so I don’t know why we had to wait almost an hour on the phone waiting for her to pick up.

Went in to pick up our pizza and just stood there feeling awkward as nobody even spoke at all. Then I saw that the girl making pizzas wasn’t wearing gloves and had really long nails. That is so nasty. Why on earth would anybody be putting their hands in food with no gloves??? Finally got the pizza but couldn’t bring myself to eat it because all I could think of was how disgusting. Wasted my money. I should have spoken up when I saw that.

I ordered food last night. It was going to be $24 for 12 wings and a Sprite. I agreed, no problem. MY FOOD NEVER CAME! By that time, it was too late to order something else and everything else was closed. I’m laying here now starved! I’m waiting for something to open in this small town.
