Not sure what changed, but the service here has gone way down over the last couple months. If they want everyone to use the kiosks then they need to have a sign up saying so. Several times I have seen people up front standing, waiting to give their order and they are just completely ignored. Today, there was a lady with a young child and a baby in her arms. She stood at the front for a very long time, waiting. She then saw someone go to the kiosk and order, so she did also. I could see that she was struggling while holding the baby and trying to put her order in. I wanted to go ask her if I could hold her baby for her while she finished but I thought that would be weird lol When my husband went up to get our food, the worker turned and left before he could ask him for our drink cup and had to wait a while until he could get someone’s attention. While he was waiting, another customer standing there looked over and said “They’re not big on customer service are they?” Since there are not many choices for food up here, I sincerely hope this changes.

Wow! Even for a fast food establishment, the service was horrible. The food wasn’t as good expected. We all go because the food is supposed to be quick, tasty, and cheap. Mine was none of these… the service was slow, the food tasted like warm cardboard, and it wasn’t cheap. They had just transitioned from breakfast to lunch, so perhaps they were having problems. The cashier was not friendly and spoke so quickly that I couldn’t understand her when she asked if I wanted to round up to support a charity. I had to ask her to repeat herself. It’s a Taco Bell. In Snowflake/Taylor, which is a small town, it is one of the only places you can for sure get an allergen free meal. Their allergen information is posted online and I haven’t seen them slip up yet. That meal may be a bean burrito with no cheese and a side of cinnamon twists, but at least it’s safe.

We walked in and there was no customers there. Every single table except for the one the workers were sitting at was dirty. In the 30 min we were there no one came to clean of the tables or seats. There was no less than 7 employees there at one time and no one ever cleaned anything. One worker even asked the manager what he could be doing and she told him to go break down boxes or something. At this same time there were no drive through costumers so there were people just standing behind the counter waiting. The manager did seem to be doing work that needed to be done for a new employee but she also seemed overwhelmed when there were not many customers. Not sure what the deal was but this day was definitely a fail for this taco bell. The food was ok, the drinks they were out of mine so I had to settle for something else.

Exceptional Taco Bell!! The manager hires the friendliest people. I use the kiosk and BOOM my order is ready. Friendly employees and excellent meal every time I have ever come here. They always get my order right and the store is clean and comfortable. If you are coming from out of town you can stop here and eat and run into Bashas and the Dollar Store for supplies before you head across the street to Walmart. Recommended!!
