We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING! Maybe I’m just really bad at counting, but it looks like I was given 5 tenders when I ordered 8. Unfortunately, I can’t justify driving out of route to my company over 3 tenders. Guess I’m just out of money. Don’t make my mistake: check your order before you go!

I first had a burger from here a year and a half or so ago and it was delicious. I usually don’t exit the highway here, so forgot about it. I looked up restaurants near me and there’s Checkers so I went. I ordered a number four and drove home (8 minutes). The burger patty was dry and cold, as was the cheese, and minimal condiments. The fries were cold as well.

I know it’s checkers but still. I was greeted in the drive thru then waited for at least 5 minutes no response. So I go inside and there is no one and I mean nobody in here. I wouldn’t consider this “fast food”

I’ve never had such an experience. The red flags were there but being hungry after driving a truck for almost 700 miles I ignored the warning signs. The food was horrible. Chicken tenders were dry and cold and the triple bacon cheeseburger was also dry. But the worst part was I couldn’t tell if the kids making my order worked there or just walked in from the street. No uniforms or name tags. Nobody washing their hands after walking in from smoking or whatever they were doing. I literally took my food and put it in the trash. $15 down the drain. This is a management problem. Too bad you get only one shot at making a good first impression. I’ll be driving by from on.

My mom and I needed something to eat while headed home tonight. We got to the drive through at 8:30 on 8/21/21…a Saturday evening. What seemed to be the manager flagged us down and told us drive through was closed. We asked if the inside was open and were told yes.

This place should shut down ! Employees not wearing hair nets , other employee wearing street clothes and converse , employee cooking the Patties wearing a sweatshirt turns around leaning on the grill with her pony tail to the Patties while on the phone !! Terrible terrible place !! Never again ! I was scared to eat my food ! Ate a quarter of it and left .
